 Michael Gerstein Biography
Michael Gerstein is a founding partner of Global One Investments LLC. Mr. Gerstein raises capital for acquisitions, acts as the primary liaison between investors and the investment properties, and oversees each stage of the investment process. Through negotiating each property with Mr. Nelson and auditing each property on a monthly basis, Mr. Gerstein is able to provide transparency to their investments.
Mr. Gerstein holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration while majoring in accounting from Boston University.
Before forming Global One Investments in 1996, Mr. Gerstein worked for over 10 years as a managing partner at the accounting firm of Jerald D. Gerstein & Associates. In this position Michael Gerstein handled the company's management responsibilities, provided tax consulting services, and placed equity into alternative investments on behalf of clients.
Through his clients, Michael Gerstein has raised over $30 Million dollars in order to purchase more than $150 Million dollars worth of multi-family investment properties.
In addition, Michael Gerstein recently formed a private equity fund of $100 Million dollars by the name of Global One/ASB Fund LLC. The fund primarily seeks to invest in multi-family apartment buildings to add to its extensive portfolio of properties.
